Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs, she brings strategic acumen, empathy, and hands-on experience to Bright Hospitality since her college days. Chef Vanshika Bhatia

Chef Vanshika discovered her passion for cooking at a young age. Influenced by her ancestral roots in pre-partition Bannu, her cooking style reflects a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. At OMO, she blends her own creative twist using familiar Indian ingredients, sourced from different regions of the country and stirs the magical melting pot in the kitchen.

Grace stands as an ardent hospitality professional and devoted coffee enthusiast. As the visionary entrepreneur behind "Ngarum," she artfully showcases premium coffee, weaving a narrative that celebrates the rich cultural tapestry of North East India.
