Our ferments draw inspiration from the age-old Indian traditions of grain fermentation like - Zutho (Naga), Chang (Nepali), Yu (Manipur), Raab (Haryana and Rajasthan) or even the modern day terms of cider, kefirs and kombuchas. The intense research and development has given us some of the most unique flavours of ferments.
While the biomes guide us with the process of bringing out the physiolates and phytolates of the fruits, berries and grains. Its the fermentation process that is able to bring so many scarce and lesser ingredients to foray, as beverages making them more acceptable and mainstream for consumption.
